Depth:
The depth that drilling equipment can reach is related to the bearing capacity and lifting capacity of the drilling tower
Bearing capacity determines the number of drill pipes that can be used. The greater the bearing capacity is, the more drill pipes can be used, so as to achieve deeper drilling depth.
The lifting force determines the weight of the drill pipe that can be lifted. The greater the lifting force is, the more drill pipes can be lifted, so as to reach a deeper drilling depth.
With good bearing capacity and lifting force, the drill pipe with larger inner diameter can be used to increase drilling efficiency.
Drill tower form: integrated welding forming telescopic type
Material: Q345B high temperature and low temperature resistant
Structure: after 30 years of practical use, no problem, all parts are strengthened welding. With auxiliary rack
Parameters: the bearing capacity of the drill tower is 30t, and the actual bearing capacity is 50t.
Advantages: the drill tower is very firm, it can use more drill pipes, and it can use the drill tower itself to carry out the construction operation of lowering the well pipe. It has a very strong anti torsion performance, and it is not stuck or buried for the complex formation.
Lifting form: special pressure reducing cylinder for construction machinery.
Lifting force: 25t φ 89 drill pipe as an example) each meter weighs 20kg, and the 300 meter drill pipe weighs 6T. When lifting the drill pipe, the friction and reverse resistance at the bottom of the hole must be calculated, and the lifting force of 25t is enough to meet the depth requirements of 300-400M
Advantages: hydraulic valve control, accurate operation, large lifting force. In drilling construction, the equipment must have strong lifting force. If the lifting force of the equipment is not strong, the drill pipe cannot be forced out when the hole bottom collapses or shrinks. Especially in the use of air DTH hammer drilling, it is very easy to bury the drill and collapse the hole, our equipment has a strong ability to get rid of difficulties.
Aperture:
The hole diameter is determined by the torque of the power head of the drill.
When air DTH hammer is used for drilling, it only needs minimal torque and mainly relies on hammer and impactor to smash. This kind of drilling technology is only suitable for hard and complete base formation, not suitable for clay formation, loose formation and collapse prone formation. If air DTH hammer is used in loose stratum, it will cause hole collapse and hole bottom accident. At this time, it is necessary to switch to mud positive circulation drilling, which requires the power head to have a strong torque. If the torque of the power head is small, it will jam and rotate weakly.
Rotating form: full hydraulic power head

Torque: large torque, in actual use, the hole diameter is over 500mm
Advantages: gear module, matching multiple motors, reduce the load of each motor, so as to improve the service life. Simple structure, convenient maintenance, not easy to break. Not affected by the environment.
Sealing: the power head adopts the design of air-water dual-use, three-layer sealing, which can seal mud / air.
Well drilling efficiency:
The factor affecting the drilling efficiency of the equipment is the upward return ability of drilling slag. If the debris at the bottom of the hole cannot be discharged in time, it will be repeatedly ground at the bottom of the hole. If the air DTH hammer is used for drilling, if the air volume is not large enough, the debris at the bottom of the hole will be blown to half of the whole well and fall down, and the drill will be buried. The air volume of the air compressor determines the hole diameter, and the air pressure of the air compressor determines the well depth. The customer's requirement is that the depth is larger and the hole diameter is smaller, so the selected air compressor must have larger air pressure and smaller air volume.
In addition, not all formations can be drilled with DTH hammer. When encountering complex formations, it is necessary to drill with positive circulation of mud. Therefore, we provide mud pump for each equipment according to our standard. Komando is equipped with large flow mud pump to improve drilling efficiency, and the double cylinder reciprocating double acting piston pump has simple structure and is not easy to damage.

Other auxiliary configurations:
Foam pump: when the user uses air DTH hammer, the impactor will generate great heat and need lubrication, which will greatly prolong the service life. We have a foam pump to cool and lubricate the impactor and increase the discharge capacity of the slag by using foam pump.
